Bi Complex synergistically combines ingredients such as propolis, aromatic plants (echinacea, thyme and acerola), together with trace elements such as manganese, copper and zinc. Zinc and copper contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. How to use: Take 1 vial a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. It can be taken directly or diluted in water. If necessary, the recommended dose can be doubled. Contraindications: Do not administer to pregnant women (due to thyme). Do not use in case of autoimmune diseases (due to echinacea). However, in people who are sensitive or allergic to any component, it would be contraindicated. For this reason, it is advisable to read all the ingredients of the composition well. People who are taking medication or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, should consult their doctor or specialist about taking Food Supplements.
