Modify my order

You can change the order as long as the package has not been sent. If you have already been sent, you can not modify it.

When the Service to the Customer has received your request, will make the modification and a confirmation email will be sent.
Please note that a modified change order number and estimated delivery date, do not worry, we ourselves will provide these new data.

What happens when an order is modified and the resulting amount is less than the original?
If the amendment is to remove an item, we will proceed to the reimbursement of the amount through the same payment method used at the time of purchase and within the legal deadline of maximum 14 calendar days.


What happens when you change order and resulting amount is greater than the original?
If the request is to add a product take ourselves out and then a mail is sent to inform and attach the payment link for the difference is paid. Once made such payment, the modification is completed.
